I the below signed (renter) agree cancellations may be voluntarily made on renter’s behalf two weeks (14 days) or more prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time with a 10% cancellation fee. A refund will be issued in the amount of 90% of purchase price.
I the below signed (renter) agree cancellations may be voluntarily made on renter’s behalf one week (7-5 days) prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time with a 50% cancellation fee. A refund will be issued in the amount of 50% of purchase price.
I the below signed (renter) agree cancellations may be voluntarily made on renter’s behalf 48-24 hours prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time will receive a Gift Card of equal value that never expires.
I the below signed (renter) agree cancellations “within” 24 hours or day of of scheduled boat rental departure time forfeits amount paid and will not receive a refund nor gift card.
I the below signed (renter) agree Garretts Boat Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather that would make the rental unsafe, in which a full refund will be issued back to the credit card used to make purchase. All refunds takes 5-10 business days for the funds to transfer back to credit card.
I the below signed (renter) agree the decision to cancel due to inclement weather belongs solely to Garretts Boat Rentals LLC not the renter in order to qualify for the refund.
